Bank card details are entered on the secure payment page of JSC Alfa-Bank.
Bank Card Payment DetailsOn the payment page, you will be required to enter the following card details:

• card number;
• cardholder name;
• card expiration date;
• three-digit security code:
• CVV2 for Visa cards;
• CVC2 for Mastercard cards.

All required information is printed on the bank card.
The three-digit security code is located on the back of the card.
After entering your card details, you will be redirected to your bank’s website to enter the 3D Secure verification code, which will be sent to you via SMS.
If you do not receive the 3D Secure code, please contact the bank that issued your card.
If Online Payment Does Not Go ThroughOnline payment may fail for the following reasons:

• the bank card is not enabled for online payments. Please contact your bank to check whether online transactions are available for your card;
• there are insufficient funds available on the card. Please contact the bank that issued your card for information about your account balance;
• incorrect bank card details were entered;
• the bank card has expired. The expiration date is usually shown on the front of the card (month and year). For more information, please contact your card-issuing bank.
