3. Select a size and add the product to your shopping cart. Then you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
4. You can change the contents of the shopping cart in the pop-up window after clicking on the basket icon.
5. On the checkout page, enter your contact details.
6. In the "Order Comment" section, you can leave any additional information about your order.
7. To confirm the order, you must accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and the public offer.
8. Confirm the order.

Return of goods of proper quality

The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time prior to their receipt, and after receipt of the Goods - within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of purchase.
Return of Goods of proper quality is possible in case if its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the said Goods are preserved.
The Customer shall not have the right to refuse the Goods having individually defined properties, personalizations and individual applications, if the said Goods can be used exclusively by the Customer purchasing them.
If the Customer rejects the Goods of proper quality, the Seller shall return the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the Seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, not later than 10 days from the date of the consumer's claim.


Return of goods of improper quality

Improper quality goods are goods that are not capable of providing their functional qualities due to a substantial defect (defects/defects).
The buyer who has been sold goods of defective quality, if this has not been specified by the seller, has the right to make any of the following claims at his/her choice:
replacement with goods of a similar brand (model, article) or the same goods of another brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
commensurate reduction of the purchase price;
free of charge elimination of defects of goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the buyer or a third party;
has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.

In case of return of technically complex goods of improper quality (the list of such goods is approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 10.11.2011 № 924 "On approval of the list of technically complex goods"), the Buyer has the right to demand:
replacement with a product of a similar brand (model, article) or the same product of another brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
refuse to fulfill the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
All of the above requirements for the return of goods of improper quality can be submitted in the following terms:
The goods have a warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase;
Internet-shop has the right to refuse to exchange or return the goods, if it considers that the detected significant defect is a consequence of improper use of the goods.

In case of disagreement on the quality or causes of defects, the online store has the right to conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The buyer may participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If as a result of the examination it is established that the defects of the goods have arisen through the fault of the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the online store for the cost of the examination, as well as related to its costs of transportation and storage of goods.
